Here's a taste of Brenden's Art Work.

This is from school.   It's actually from his class that he was in last year, or I should say the one he just moved out of.

This one, we just did tonight.  I wanted to do something with fall.   He doesn't sit long to do anything creative but when I offered to paint his feet, now that was a different story.  I actually just put the board down on the floor at one point and had him put his foot in the paint so we didn't have to keep painting it.  It was funny watching him though because the paint brushes would tickle him.  

Love Fall and a beautiful train ride

Fall is in full swing so we embraced it with a beautiful train ride and a visit to Talleyrand in Bellefonte.  The pictures say it all.

Our Beach before and after

When we arrived in OBX we had a beautiful nice and sandy beach.

The first two pictures were later in the evening on Saturday when we arrived so the sun was going down.  But still a sandy beach.  The one with me carrying Brenden is the only one you will see with him on the beach or any where near the sand and water.  He screamed the whole way down tot he water and refused to go back.  The one day he said everyone could go over to the beach except for mommy.  I'm not sure what this is all about but he is very scared for some reason.

Move to Tuesday, rain, wind and this:

Check out the video which was Wednesday but the water is just as bad.  I didn't want to take my camera out on Tuesday because it was pouring. 

And today Friday, it is still raining off and on and no sun.  A peak of sun yesterday, Thursday, but it didn't last very long.   And they are calling for more rain this weekend.

Another post to come when I get some time.  The weather was not very nice to us while we were here.   I have some great video of the Tropical Storm System that passed while we were here.  Not much sun and hardly any beach time.   We were lucky to even get down on the beach a few times.
